At Happy Floors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home transformation. If your new flooring isn't the perfect fit, you can return uninstalled, boxed materials within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Materials

  Ensure all tiles or planks are in their original packaging and securely palletized or boxed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided return labels to your shipment and drop it off at a designated carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for larger orders.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
