Standard shipping usually takes 7-10 business days. Large freight orders may require a scheduled delivery appointment, and our logistics team will contact you once the shipment reaches your local terminal.

Happy Floors is a product retailer only. However, we provide comprehensive installation guides for DIY enthusiasts and can recommend certified local contractors in select metropolitan areas.
What is your return policy for unused materials?
We accept returns on unopened boxes within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies, and the customer is responsible for return freight costs.

How do I calculate how much flooring I need to buy?
